Elowen Pokemon Yellow-Style sprite -commission-

For =Railguns who wanted a Pokemon Yellow-styled sprite of her OC, Elowen. I hope this turned out alright, but if there's something you need fixed, let me know and I'll take care of it! I referenced Ninetales, but used the orange/red palette. I used white, orange, red, and black.
